About our email
Got an email from Event Host?
We send email for the organizers of the events we run. If you registered for an event, or an organizer invited you, that is why it is in your inbox.
- Who it comes from
noreply@event-host.com. That address only sends; replies to it are not read.- What it is about
- Your place at an event: that we received your registration, that you were approved, your ticket and its QR code, a sign-in code you asked for, or a reminder with a calendar entry.
- What we never ask for
- A password, or payment details, by email. A sign-in code only works on the event site where you asked for it, so never share it with anyone.
- If it wasn’t you
- If you did not register, you can ignore the message. For questions about an event, ask its organizer. For anything else, contact us.
